Teaching & Teachers
Teachers must know learning theory - teaching methods and educational technology. Holding student interest is an art. Memorization of facts isn't important. Thought provocation and experimental learning are the key.

I completely agree. I feel the INdian teaching model should evolve.. more that instils creativity and why ness into students than memorising and reproducing the same!
